We are a qualified, insured and regulated professional company committed to providing a high level of service to our clients. Our Elmhurst accredited energy assessors are registered with the National Association of Estate Agents and have 5 years experience of the building industry.   

We provide HIP’s and EPC’s on domestic properties for both commercial clients and private individuals to enable properties to be marketed effectively.

Our goal is to carry out inspections within 48 hours of instruction (subject to access) and to lodge report’s and issue EPC’s within 24 hours of inspection and HIP’s within 72 hours thereafter.
